We offer two commission plans to our team members.
100% Commission - Team Members on this plan pay a $250.00 per month sponsorship fee. Upon each closing there is a $250.00 Transaction Fee. This is a great plan for top producers! You deserve it!
70/30 Commission - Team Members on this plan recieve 70% of the company commission for every transaction. The yearly cap on the company 30% is $15,000.00. During the year when a Team Member reaches the $15,000.00 cap they get 100% Comission for the rest of the year only paying the $250.00 transaction fee per closing.
